WINWIN Video Lottery Terminals went live in Austria with Comtrade Gaming’s innovative sCore G2S protocol.

Comtrade Gaming, one of the gaming industry’s leading independent software providers, has announced that their sCore G2S engine was successfully installed to WINWIN’s Video Lottery Terminals running in Austria. According to gambling industry news, the machines were live since January 1 but the upgrade was compulsory in order to meet the country’s legislative requirements.

The sCore engine of Comtrade Gaming connects the machines to central servers from where their monitoring and configuration is manageable in real-time. The set-up of the server based system is required by Austria’s Gaming Standards Association so the terminals can communicate with the regulator’s G2S protocol.

Enhanced services and offers

Comtrade Gaming is a major contributor to gambling industry development. Their system provides new content and improved player experience. Furthermore, it encourages player loyalty with special features and player tracking. Comtrade Gaming’s sCore G2S ensures the remote management and access to analytics, problems and results. Therefore the possible costs of downtime and other glitches can be significantly reduced.

Robert Vierziger, the Managing Director of WINWIN confirmed that the upgrade went smoothly and that Comtrade Gaming “is the perfect partner for this – helping to execute this in the minimum optimal amount of time.” Comtrade Gaming’s Director of Systems, Oliver Lynch said that the company is “delighted that WINWIN chose us as a partner and that our sCore G2S engine helped them comply with Austrian gaming regulations requirements.”
